"Saving the Animals of Ukraine" Released to Wide Acclaim

Now streaming on PBS Nature and CBC Gem

yap films has recently released a new documentary for PBS Nature and CBC Gem: Saving the Animals of Ukraine, a heartwarming look at the relationship between animals and humans in a time of crisis, acknowledging that how we treat animals when war strikes says everything about our humanity.

The film was the first feature production for the director, Anton Ptushkin, and the Ukrainian version has already broken box office records in Ukraine despite the ongoing conflict, while the international version of the film is being shopped at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
